Cruise Caucus brings together leading voices in the U.S. cruise economy, including Executive Partners, Travel Trade leaders, and Member Cruise Line representatives. The event demonstrates to federal lawmakers the breadth and impact of the industry and reinforces cruising as a vital contributor to communities across the country.

Do I need to register for the event?
Yes. All attendees must register by May 25, 2026. You can register
here.
What types of payment are accepted?
Mastercard and Visa are accepted in the payment section of the registration process. Payments by wire transfers are available on request.

What is the dress code?
Business casual attire is recommended for the Monday evening Welcome Reception. Business professional attire is required for all Capitol Hill meetings.

Congressional Meetings
When will Capitol Hill meetings take place?
Capitol Hill meetings are scheduled for the afternoon of June 9. Attendees will receive instructions for accessing their individual meeting schedules in the mobile app approximately one week prior to the event.
What can I expect during congressional meetings?
Attendees will participate in small group meetings with Members of Congress and congressional offices to discuss federal policies impacting the cruise industry. These meetings provide an opportunity to strengthen relationships, underscore the industry’s economic and community impact, and advance key advocacy priorities.
What can I bring with me to Capitol Hill?
Attendees should bring a government-issued photo ID and limit personal belongings, as all visitors are subject to security screening. Detailed guidance regarding permitted materials and security procedures will be provided prior to the event.
